Don't confuse me with my sister...

Let me point out a few physical differences between me and my sister Maggie. First of all, notice my HUGE ears!!
Secondly, observe my long luxurious mane. Although we're both "Creamy Rex" Syrians, I am long-haired, and Maggie is short-haired. As for color, I'm actually more of a platinum blonde, and Maggie is a more of a gingery color.

I used to be as shy as Maggie is now, but I've mellowed out a whole lot. I still don't care to be held, but I have a sweet and gentle personality. And, I don't ever bite/chew on anything other than food and cloth, which makes it so that I'm allowed to roam around the room among things like computer cords without fear.

Introducing... Hamhead's Valentine's day present!

Hi everyone! This is Hamhead's new sister, Magnolia (a.k.a. Maggie, Magpie, Maghead)

Maggie was adopted from a person who didn't want her anymore. She's still pretty shy, but she's loving all of the fresh produce that she's being fed. And we're having so much fun getting to know her little personality.

Bienvenido! Its a rare moment when I'm actually awake during daytime!

I usually only emerge from my cozy home during the daytime to take a short drink of water. Notice that my soft ears are folded and matted against my head right after I wake up.

Sometimes I get Carefresh and paper stuck in my long fur. My friends have to snip it out of my fur, or else it'll turn into a dreadlock!

And yes, my belly fur is as soft and warm as it looks.

I'm done drinking - is there any other reason that my door is open?

A midday snack perhaps?

Treat time!

I only get to handle Auntie Kim's huge treat sticks for a few minutes at a time...

And then it gets taken away. :(

But sometimes, when I'm extra good (or just extra cute), I get to spend alot of time munching away.

Sometimes my hammie instincts kick in, and I start storing whatever I can in my pouch (note that my right cheek is extra bulgy!!)

When I know that its time to say goodbye to my treat stick, I try to hold on for dear life...

Wait-wait-wait- I'm pretty sure I can fit this thing in here...

Treat time is over, and my cheek is stuffed... What now?

This is my shelf - its one of my favorite places to get some privacy when I'm out and about.

This is where I start grooming and eating whatever I scored from treat time. :) Note that my hair is ALOT longer than when I first moved in here!!
